1、 The main items to be checked and maintained after receiving the vehicle

Check and replenish fuel and lubricating oil. Clean the interior, exterior, engine, and chassis of the vehicle. In the severe winter season, if antifreeze is not added to the cooling system, the radiator cap and drain switch, as well as the engine drain switch, should be opened. The cooling water should be drained and the engine should be started for a short period of time to drain the water completely to avoid residual freezing and cracking of the cylinder, radiator, and air brake. Vehicles with air brakes should drain all the sewage in the air reservoir. After turning off the engine, turn off the switch and tighten the handbrake to check for any leakage on the ammeter (the pointer points to the "-" side). Check the horn, lighting, and wipers. Check if the steel plate spring is broken, and if the spring lifting lug and riding bolt are loose. Check the half axle and tire nuts to see if the steel ring is undamaged and cracked. Check the tires for damage, cracks, and air loss.

2、 Vehicle Level 1 Maintenance Items

After the completion of the first level maintenance work, the vehicle should have a clean appearance, firm connections, unobstructed three filters, and no oil, water, air, or electricity leakage. The cleaning tasks for the first level maintenance of vehicles include cleaning the vehicle body and wiping the engine and chassis parts. Clean and maintain the air filter. Clean the gasoline filter. Drain the sediment from the oil filter, turn the filter handle 3-4 turns, clean the oil filter, and replace the filter element according to the degree of contamination. Release the oil and water accumulation from the gas reservoir.

3、 Vehicle Level 1 Maintenance and Lubrication Operation Project

Check the oil level of the engine, transmission, rear axle, and steering gear, and add lubricating oil according to regulations. All parts of the vehicle are equipped with complete and effective oil nozzles, and lubricating grease (such as water pump, rotating shaft, universal joint, steering joint, steering rod, etc.) is added according to regulations.

4、 First level maintenance, inspection, and fastening work items for vehicles

Check the tightness of the steering gear, tie rods, and straight links, as well as the connection of each steering arm. Check and adjust the tightness and fixation of the air compressor, engine, and fan belts. Check the brake valve and brake pipeline for air leakage, check the brake fluid level of the hydraulic brake master cylinder, and add brake fluid according to regulations. Check and adjust the free travel of the clutch pedal and brake pedal, check whether the fixed shaft and split pin of the brake pedal are intact and reliable. Check and tighten the connections and bolts of all parts of the vehicle. Check the tire pressure and check for any damage to the tires. Check the battery casing, unblock the vent hole of the small cover, and replenish the electrolyte. Check if the lighting, wiring, and wiper switch are complete and intact. Check whether the speaker volume and tone are normal, and whether various instruments are working properly.
