After more than a month of advance deployment and arrangement, and with the communication and coordination of project leaders, the two-day "Ankang Cup" skills competition came to an end on the 27th of this month. The skills competition included seven teams, including welders, measurement, oil pans, automatic welding, forklifts, first aid skills, and idiom relay group competition.

   The welder competition was held in the sheet metal pressing workshop, and after the judges announced the duration and rules of the competition, a wonderful showdown of welder skills took place. Their expressions were focused, and the welding gun was easily used in their hands... After the competition, the judges objectively and fairly rated the welding products of each contestant based on the product scoring standards.

   The measurement competition consisted of 12 participants from the quality department and workshop. With a command, the participants entered the competition in an orderly manner. This competition consists of written exams and practical exercises, with a focus on assessing the contestants' skills in recognizing maps and using measuring tools, enhancing the quality awareness of employees, and creating a good atmosphere of "everyone is responsible for product quality".

  The forklift competition mainly assesses certified employees who neatly stack pallets while placing four mineral water bottles filled with water at the corners of the pallets, undoubtedly adding corresponding difficulty to the competition. The players on the field gathered together, wearing safety belts and honking horns in accordance with the safety operation regulations of forklifts, strictly following the competition route, and completing a series of actions in one go, fully demonstrating their proficient forklift driving skills. This not only tested the proficiency and accuracy of forklift drivers, but also tested their driving skills and psychological qualities.

  In the first aid competition, the participating team members will follow the competition rules to simulate electric shock, disconnect from the power supply, make emergency calls, check respiratory pulse, remove foreign objects in the mouth, perform chest compressions, and perform artificial respiration. The entire competition process is coherent and coordinated. Through this competition, the ability of employees to respond to sudden safety incidents has been effectively improved.

  The idiom relay competition takes the form of a ring competition. According to the rules of the competition, the winning team sends representatives to draw lots to obtain the dragon head idiom. The dragon head idiom is "Five Lakes and Four Seas", so there is a fierce battle between "vast sea and sky", "empty sky", "a sea of people"... The participating employees are all sharp tongued, come and go, and react quickly. The atmosphere at the scene is warm, fully reflecting the rich vocabulary of the employees' idioms.

  In addition, frontline employees were evaluated for their oil pan assembly line and automatic welding skills.

  On the morning of the 28th, a performance evaluation meeting was held, and the judges comprehensively considered the contestants' operational standards, professionalism, and competition time. A total of 4 individuals were selected for the first prize, 4 for the second prize, 4 for the third prize, 2 groups for the first and second prizes of the team, 3 groups for the third prize of the team, and several participating awards, inspiring the contestants to continue their efforts and create better results.

  This "Ankang Cup" activity competition is not only a check on the professional skills level of employees, but also hopes to create a good atmosphere of catching up with others and striving for excellence in work, which will help comprehensively improve the technical quality and skill level of employees. In the future, such competitions will continue to be carried out.
