Role
The oil and gas separator is one of the important components of the whole electric submersible pump system. Its function is firstly to serve as the suction port for oil and gas to enter the multistage centrifugal pump. Secondly, before the mixed gas liquid enters the multistage centrifugal pump, the free gas is separated from the well liquid through the separator, thus reducing the influence of gas on the working characteristics of the electric submersible pump, preventing the centrifugal pump from cavitation and cavitation locking, and enabling the multistage centrifugal pump to work normally.

Safe use
1. There is a safety valve on the end cover of the oil tank of the air compressor. When the air pressure in the oil tank reaches 1.1 times of the set value, the safety valve will automatically open to release part of the air and reduce the air pressure in the oil tank. Check the safety valve method is in the compressor full load work, gently pull the safety valve on the vent rod, if the safety valve can exhaust, it is considered normal.
2. The oil sub-tank is equipped with a pressure gauge, which detects the pre-filter pressure. The bottom of the oil tank is equipped with a drain valve. The drain valve should be opened regularly to drain the water and dirt deposited at the bottom of the oil tank.
3. There is a transparent oil level mirror beside the oil tank to show the oil level in the oil tank. The correct oil level is that when the air compressor is working normally, the oil level is in the middle position of the upper and lower degrees. If it is too high, it will run away, and if it is too low, it will affect the safety of the whole machine.
4, the oil tank belongs to the pressure vessel must have the manufacturing qualification of professional manufacturers. Each tank has a unique number and certificate of conformity.
